Identify source of each authority record

 Context:  To support authority control, the source of each authority record must be identified and stored in FOLIO. 

This feature supports

• Creating rules for identifying the authority source of each authority record stored in FOLIO

• Assigning each authority record to an Authority source file based on rules 

• Create an Authority source facet that allows libraries to filter authority record based by assigned Authority source file 

• Allow libraries to manage authority source URIs to help populate linked bib field $0 

• Create a pre-defined list of Authority sources 

• Ensure no impact to data import and mod-search performance 

• Allow libraries to create Authority source (aka support local authority files) via FOLIO UI - Stretch for Nolana.
