Current situation or problem:
Bulk edit is planned in FOLIO as a separate app. In scope of the Lotus release it will be used as a base for a pilot project that will include basic bulk edits of user records In the future releases as the application matures it will include bulk edits in other functional areas.

In scope:
Set up the front and backend project, build the Bulk Edit landing page with all required components and investigate work that will be required for further implementation of the bulk edit functionality

 Out of scope:

• Implementation of identifying records to be edited/deleted (to be covered in scope of UXPROD-3229)

• Implementation of editing records (to be covered in scope of UXPROD-3318)

• Implementation of deleting records (to be covered in scope of UXPROD-3230)
