Import MARC Holdings records - support Update action

Description

This feature supports

  • Data import (backend work / UI work) Update Holdings record

  • import should support the association of a holdings record to a bibliographic record

At a high level, this feature should mirror the import MARC bib record workflow implemented whereby MARC Holdings records are stored to SRS AND import should support the creation/update of corresponding FOLIO view of the holdings record

Hi   I was cleaning up some of my features. This is an old-ish one assigned to me. Would you like me to reassign it to you? Do you think we should close it as duplicate or done? Or maybe repurpose it for something like importing to update existing MARC Holdings?
