Current situation or problem: To support Title (All) searches, then creation of an "allTitles" index is needed. This work is needed also for ongoing Z39.50 work ( - Expand Z39.50 title search to include non-245 title fields).

In scope:
Search option in the Instance segment: Title (All). The current title search must include Alternative title, and Series titles.

Out of scope

Use case(s):
As a circulation staff user when searching in Inventory on Title (All), and

1. I do not know if the given title the patron present for me, be a cover title, and not the resource title as printed on the books title page

2. I don't know what kind of title a patron is asking me to search for, and it might be a series title.
