As a librarian

I want to bulk assign tags/access status types/holdings status to a provider, package, or resource record
So that I can quickly complete my work AND be sure that I have added the applicable tags or access status types/holdings status to my eholdings records

• Capability to bulk assign/unassign tags to/from multiple provider, package, and resource records

• Capability to bulk assign/unassign access status types to/from multiple package and resource records

• Capability to set holdings status for multiple package and resource records

• Capability to bulk assign/unassign notes to/from multiple provider, package, and resource records.
