Per RA SIG meeting on 2019-11-11, SMEs would like to be notified at check out when a loan has been truncated because there is a recall request in the queue. They thought a popup would be best as this is something they really wanted to call attention to so staff could tell the patron. This is particularly important because some institutions are planning on implementing higher fines when recalled items are returned late.
