Hi @Emma Boettcher - @Andrea Loigman and I reviewed the two split Jiras today (this and https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-266#icft=UXPROD-266) and we're still confused.
Is the tenant/settings level customization here for patron error messages (via SIP2), staff error messages (via the FOLIO GUI,) or both?
