Find resource in KB/eHoldings and add detials to purchase order line

Description

Purpose:

In some cases users will need to find items in the KB and create purchase orders or additional purchase orders for those items. Ideally the user can begin the creation of this PO or POL with the item details pre populated.

Agreed, I've added the extra labels. I'm still working on updating some of these older issues that pre-date our feature import.
