Implementation of ISBN normalization via a shared FOLIO library, for use by all FOLIO apps that work with ISBNs

This feature covers:

  • refinement of the initial rough implementation work that was researched and planned in , using AtCult's ISBN normalization code as a base

  • documentation and review with the dev teams for other apps needing to use this ISBN library

  • exposing to the other dev teams, and possible refinements to the basic functionality created in Q4
