Issue reproduces on https://bugfest-sunflower-consortium.int.aws.folio.org/.
Issue reproduces on https://folio-etesting-snapshot-consortium.ci.folio.org/.
Issue doesn’t reproduce on Ramsons ECS Eureka environment.
Steps to reproduce:
Authorize as admin user on ECS environment
Go to Central tenant
Go to “Inventory” app
Find and open detail view pane of any Shared MARC bibliographic record which doesn’t have linked fields yet.
Click on the “Actions” → “Edit MARC bibliographic record” option
Link some field of found Shared MARC bibliographic record with Shared MARC authority record → Save MARC bibliographic record.
Send GET “/links/instances/<UUID of MARC bibliographic record (999ff $i)>” in Central tenant and each Member tenant.
Expected result: Information about 1 link is returned in response for each tenant (Central and all Members) - links are propagated.
Actual result: Information about 1 link is returned in response only for Central tenant.
