When overlaying a no-MARC instance with single record import, the HRID from the instance is not copied to the 001

Description

NOTE: MODSOURMAN-479 and MODDICORE-141 may be duplicates. Review when work starts on this bug and decide if one or the other should be closed as a duplicate

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into FOLIO snapshot load

  2. Create a preliminary instance that does not  have a  MARC record

  3. Overlay that instance with a MARC record

Expected Results:

The 001 and 003 move down to an 035 and then the 003 and 001 are removed. Then, the existing HRID is placed in  the 001.

Actual Results:

The 035  is created but the OCLC 001 and 003 remain and the instance HRID is not in the 001.

 did this fix make it into hotfix 2? If not, when will it be in, any idea?

Hi I just tested on Iris-bugfest, and the 001 is working properly now. This bug was closed as a duplicate to MODSOURCE-310. I'll add a video showing the fix in this Jira.

 We're seeing it in our Iris with hotfix 1 applied.
