This one is working as designed. The idea is that you are working on a particular query, which you can change and re-save to update the saved version.
If you want to start work on a brand new query, that's what the New query button is for (the blank page just to the left of the Save button).

Overview: When saving a new guery, then the name of the previous saved query is not wiped out.
Steps to reproduce:
Login to FOLIO Snapshot, as user Diku_admin
Go to the Reporting App
Build any query; e.g.
Schema: folio_reporting
Tabel: instance_editions
Click the 'Submit' button
Click the icon for Save query, and fill in the modal and enter the display name Editions
Now bild another query, just anything
Click the 'Submit' button
Click the icon for Save query, and watch the modal
Expected behavior:
The pop up modal opens, and all entry are empty, and also the Display name entry is empty
Actual result:
The pop up modal opens, and the Display name entry shows the name of the previous saved query.
