Potential Workaround
You could still guess it's a Request delivery slip, because the Request address information gets populated, whereas it doesn't on the other slips.

Overview:
When printing a Request delivery slip, I see that the staff.Slip.Name is "Hold", whereas the name of that slip is "Request delivery".
Steps to Reproduce:
Log into Lotus Bugfest
Do the necessary to print a Request delivery slip (as described here: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/display/FOLIOtips/How+to+generate+staff+slips )
Expected Results:
The title of the PDF says "Request delivery for [item title] ..." (as per the name of the staff slip in Settings >> Circulation >> Staff slips
Actual Results:
The title of the PDF say "Hold for [item title] ..."
Additional Information:
This can be reproduced all the way back to Juniper reference site - so I just never paid attention to this before.
I cannot find the Jira where this would be specified, so I don't know if this is new work.
