package2md.js generates invalid module ids

Description

A sample module id: @folio/users-2.7.1-SNAPSHOT.324. Neither the @folio/ prefix nor the -SNAPSHOT.324 suffix are accepted by Okapi.

Will be release in v1.15.0, but I assume it's already available to the build scripts via git.

I don't really see what business it is of Okapi's what format we use for our opaque identifiers, but whatever. I will throw away information to make them more palatable to Okapi.
