[Spike] Convert MARC to BIBFRAME when MARC record is created in FOLIO

Description

Problem statement:

  • We are getting updates about new MARC records created in other FOLIO apps

  • We must have replicas of these records in the Linked Data storage

What we need:

  • We need to get a notification from SRS when a new MARC record is created

  • When we get the notification, we must save a BIBFRAME version in the Linked Data storage

  • The number of fields must equal or less than we have in the ETL

What is out of the scope:

  • Processing updates and deletion **
