Permission: View/edit Vendor Settings not available in testing.

Description

Overview: When logged in as diku_admin user is unable to see and edit "Vendor" related settings in the "System Settings" area.

How to reproduce:

  • Login to folio-testing

  • select settings app

Actual: see all system settings but no section for "Vendor"

Expected: see all system settings and a "Vendor" section, in Vendor see a sub section for Categories.
