This needs to be a hotfix to Q1 2020 because this release will be implemented by at least one university and is being tested by multiple universities.

Steps

1. Create a manual fee/fine for a patron

2. Open Fee/Fine Details to view the manual fee/fine you just created

3. Click the Pay button to pay the fee/fine

4. Fill in the Pay Fee/Fine modal and confirm that you want to pay the fee/fine

Expected Results

1. Payment shows up in Fee/Fine Details table

2. Billed amount is reduced by payment amount

Actual Results

1. Payment does not show up in Fee/Fine Details table

2. Billed amount is not reduced by payment amount

3. You must hit refresh to see any changes

4. If the user enters another payment, the system assumes that a previous payment did not take place

Note

1. This is part of a larger problem that needs a permanent solution, but this part needs to be fixed ASAP

2. This problems applies to all actions, not just payments
