Create roles for FOLIO CI deployment in folio-ansible

Description

Should use Docker Hub images for backend modules and NPM packages for UI. No need for data persistence.

Changed deployment scripts to use //deployment endpoint instead of //discovery. Merged into folio-ansible/master.

I think the first cut at this is done, I've merged the work into master on folio-ansible. Just waiting for the adjustment we'll need to make on deployment descriptors based on to close it off.
