Coordinate Q2 2019 FOLIO release

Description

Incorporate new Q2 releases into platform-core and platform-complete

Q2 release spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ycnunIglS3OqmNRE9lRfmX15120e7I2gL9N89CO4_b0/edit#gid=0

Tasks:

  • create a branch/tag for platform-core and platform-complete for the release ("q2-2019")

  • updated package.json and install-extra.json with appropriate version numbers

The Q2.2-2019 release is complete. 'q2.2-2019' release branches have been created in platform-core and platform-complete. Renovate is configured to issues PRs for UI patch releases. Daily builds have been configured in Jenkins to build from these branches -

https://folio-clover-core.aws.indexdata.com (platform-core)

All UI regressions tests are passing at time of release.

Guys, I have extended the description with "tasks" and added https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/FOLIO-2094#icft=FOLIO-2094. Let me know if this works for you.
