Description

In order for it to be easy to understand the relationships between linked issues in JIRA, we could standardise on the wording of the relationships we use often.

I've noticed that different teams are using different relationships for describing dependencies (for example, https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UICIRC-98#icft=UICIRC-98). Do you know why this is the case? Is it because we are transitioning to a new standard?
