Downgrade jekyll-remote-theme dependency as cannot edit dev.f.o pages

Description

With our recent update a couple of days ago (https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/FOLIO-1276#icft=FOLIO-1276) various dependencies were updated.
In particular jekyll-remote-theme to v0.3.1

The site builds okay and the local jekyll server starts okay and renders pages okay. However when we edit a page, then it seizes.

Downgrade to v0.2.4 until fixed.

We finally upgraded to current Jekyll 4.2.0 and the current jekyll-remote-theme (0.4.3).

Now jekyll-remote-theme is working properly again.
