Add "categories" frontmatter to each "page".

Jekyll already uses Categories for "posts". There are considerations to later also use them for "pages", e.g. jekyll/pull/5904.

Add these anyway, as they are useful extra content for the search facility.

The categories are also used to list and group the FAQs.
