This error message related to the strange comparison message:

but pgAdmin Schema Diff UI shows that enums are equals (see attachments).

This schema migration bug showed up yesterday. I've marked it as Poppy for now, in case it's something we need to fix before release. If not, please move to Poppy Bugfix, or figure out what else needs to happen with it. Thank you!
