Add a search icon to the field (see mockup) to show that the field is an autosuggest as well as a drop-down.
As I understood a search icon can only be provided by a TextField component with the startControl prop.
What we use here currently is a Selection. And it's no autosuggest field as assumed in the requirement. Do you want me to change that? The [AutoSuggest|https://ux.folio.org/storybook/?path=/story/autosuggest--basic-usage] component does not display all options as a dropdown from the beginning. When you start typing the matching options will show up in a dropdown. (Is that correct @Aditya matukumalli?)
-The organization filter field in agreements does something similar as you described - here is also no search icon possible, I think - but I don't know if this approach can also be used in this case. Can you please clarify @Aditya matukumalli?-
Sorry for the confusion, the current field is working as I would expect: when you type, the matching agreements are filtered
But I don't see how its possible to add the search icon
