Error loading MappingParametersSnapshot (Kiwi HF2)

Description

Overview:

When doing a CREATE import, the following error was encountered intermittently in mod-srs.  As a result the import was not completed successfully and mod-srs created 50 records less than desired (50,000).  However, this error was not consistently reproducible at all times, but the PTF has seen many occasions of it to warrant a deeper investigation.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into PTF env: https://pre-kiwi-cap1.int.aws.folio.org/data-import

  2. Load a 25K import file and use the PTF - Create 2 profile.

  3. If the job fails, check mod-srs for the error above.

Expected Results:

The job would complete successfully without any errors

Actual Results:

The job failed with the errors above.

I wonder if the postman thing is successful since the session token in that one is really old, and has access to old, open DB connections

, our experience is a bit different. For us, the first import of the day (using the UI) pretty much always fails. Our staff have just taken to doing a "dummy" import to get it out of the way in the morning. Then the rest of the imports work, assuming nothing is wrong with the underlying data.
